The first step in the process of becoming a staff member is for the applicant to better acquaint himself or herself with the objectives and programs of The Institutes.
Those who wish to apply to be a staff candidate should first read:
What To Do About Your Brain-Injured Child
How To Teach Your Baby To Read
How To Teach Your Baby To Be Physically Superb
All of these books are by Glenn Doman, the Founder of The Institutes. These books can be found in libraries or in the bookstore section of our website.
After you have read these three books, one of two things will happen: You will decide that this field is not for you OR your interest and enthusiasm will have tripled.
Those who have read the books mentioned above and are interested in becoming a staff candidate, should complete the online application below.
The Institutes is an international organization serving children all over the world. For this reason it is helpful for staff members to speak as many languages as possible. To ensure rapid training, it is necessary that staff candidates have a good command of spoken and written English. Please correspond in English and indicate your degree of fluency in both spoken and written English as follows:
Spoken: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%
Written: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%
We very much look forward to hearing from those interested in a career in child brain development.
